WHAT IS SELF TALK?
We all have a silent conversation happening in our minds - this is known as our internal dialogue. It’s a continuous stream of thoughts that shapes how we feel and behave. This internal dialogue can be either positive or negative, and it plays a key role in our emotional and mental well-being.
Positive self-talk is essential for building confidence, boosting self-esteem, and building resilience. Negative self-talk, though, can hold us back, filling us with doubt and anxiety. Learning to flip that inner voice to be more positive is a real superpower.
